What to expect.
When the group starts often someone will play a YouTube of a song they like. Aften people have great stories to share behind the music. Throughout the time we spend sometimes there's a spoken word, a poem, or even a hobby that brings them some inspiration. Whether it's a cover of some else's work or an original creation that brings out creativity all forms of self expression are encouraged. Instruments are a welcomed addition to any group. Maybe meditation is your thing, and you would like to share a few moments of silence or a Matra you would like to get the group engaged in. Nothing is too small or insignificant to share. Creativity comes in all shapes and sizes.
Privacy is paramount.
We do not record meetings or take notes in group. If you would like something posted on the website, send an email to traeh77@outlook.com.. Anonymous posts are a great way of getting out your artistic side without the spotlight. Send us a link to the media and the caption. Let us know how you came up with it, what it means to you. If you play and instrument, record yourself playing and send it to us. If you'd like we could open the zoom outside of the group to get you recorded. Maybe spoken word, poetry, or reading a book is something you'd like to share. You can do it anonymously. Try using your avatar or even a shut of video with just the sound on. Sharing your media is a very personal decision, and the goal is to make it an enjoyable experience.
